Porcelain Vase

Inspired by the monumental architecture of Oscar Niemeyer—dramatic yet elegant forms.
It is cast using a two-piece 3D-printed mold.

I experimented with firing techniques. Concentric circles are present only on the bottom side of the form, but during firing, they imprint through to the top. This process creates fine, delicate ripples on the surface—something that would never be possible if formed directly—resembling a drop of water frozen in time just as it touches the surface.
