Body & Space
Spatial design and performance made from repurposed boat materials, including an old sail and polycarbonate hatch. The design is inspired by traditional sail shapes and Marquesan tattoo symbols. Photographed off Tahuata in the Marquesas, one of the most secluded islands in the world.

Back to the Flax

Collaboration & Community
Community driven and process focused project by a collective of eleven designers from the Design Academy Eindhoven. The group cultivates, harvests, and processes flax entirely by hand, exploring traditional and experimental techniques. The installation at Dutch Design Week 2025 highlights craftsmanship, material knowledge, and collaborative engagement.

KH-890

Research-driven Design
A project examining the impact of 20th-century political trauma in Czechoslovakia. Historical events and personal milestones are encoded into a knitted timeline through color, stitch, and material, with flowers marking family births as symbols of non-violence. The resulting piece, KH-890, also serves as a blueprint for others to engage in their own knitting-based reflection and healing.

Tattoo Performance

Body & Space

Intimate tattoo performance reimagining the practice as a ritual in nature. Shadows from plants and sunlight guided the shared design across two best friends, with custom tools and objects created specifically for the piece. The work, documented on video, explores connection, relationships, and the ceremonial potential of tattooing.

Wedding Dress

Body & Storytelling
Project exploring the meaning and traditions of weddings through a narrative-driven statement dress. Using embroidery and repurposed fabric from a second-hand wedding dress, the piece reinterprets the veil, garter, and bouquet to tell layered personal stories and hidden messages. The final presentation embodies a “runaway bride,” challenging conventional expectations.
